Ellijay Wood Fired Pizza

I would've loved more sauce and well done. Not a fan of the mozzarella and provolone blend. Very few pizza options in town. Not too bad for wood fired pizza. Enjoy!

If it had any crisp it would be in the 8’s. Great taste, ordered “extra crispy” but no crisp. Otherwise excellent

Really good neapolitan wood fired pizza- everything fresh and tasty! Style is only limiting factor as the thinness and smallish size do allow folding but could use more crunch.

Solid pie good char, not a lot of crisp and a bit too much flop. Flavor on point. Bonus review, French Onion Soup was the showstopper 8.9 and Bloody Mary was spicy but not overpowering 8.3

Good taste overall and a well crafted sauce (both standard and the grandma (pictured)). Too much flop, bottom side a little too light on crisp. Would classify it as a Neapolitan bar pie. Tried 4 pies total: Margherita Grandma Meat-ssiah BBQ chicken

Looked better than it tasted. Wood fired but zero crisp. Canned toppings.
