Great undercarriage with crispy crust! Sauce is not too sweet and not too bitter, pepp is as expected, sausage is unique as it is shaved thin and not chunk style.

Pepperoni was really good... Cheese slice was a homerun! Perfect sauce amount, somewhat tangy, but the crust was MONSTER CRISPY!! Will definitely be back. If you're in the mood for pizza and haven't tried this place, you're missing the mark!

Best pizza in the twin cities by far. Perfect crust, ratios are perfect. The only thing that could make it a 10 is the sauce. It could be spicier, but that’s only my opinion.

Saw it had a decently high score in Minneapolis. Results may be better with a full pie but relatively flavorless. The pepperoni was light years ahead of the plain cheese. I would not go back.

Crispy crust, little floppy, should have asked for well done but very good New York style pizza for Minnesota. Dave prob put this in the lower 7s but for this neck of the woods best I’ve tried! Really like the smaller pepperonis. Can hear the crunch from across the patio! Nice people working there too

It’s one of the best slices in the Minneapolis area. They sell by the slice as well and they throw it in the oven once you choose your slice. It’s crispy and light. Frickin good stuff. Dave would be proud.

The cheese was just “the right amount of cheesy” and the pepperonis were delicious. Crust was foldable in the middle and crispy at the end. Well done.

NY slices at ElMar, really good NY style for MN. Still not as good as NY, but would definitely eat it again if I'm in the area.
