NYC Deep dish. I know deep dish isn’t everyone’s style but this pie hit the spot for me. The place makes sure the pies are cooked perfectly. They put a 3 minute hourglass out to make sure the cheese sits before you cut it. Sauce was the best part of the pie. It was a fuller sauce with a nice tangy taste. Crust was also excellent. The one drawback to any deep dish to me is it loads up on cheese so it could be a bit much. I would recommend going if you’re in the NY area and haven’t tried this style.
