Emmy Squared Pizza - Williamsburg

Delicious pepperoni pizza. This is the Roni supreme with the Ezzo and Calabrian chiles. If you like square and you like pepperoni you will like this. The Chile’s aren’t too hot and seem to be there to enhance the acidity you’d expect from red sauce. It’s actually a wet/sauce version of the pepper flakes you get from the shaker in basic pizza shops. The overall taste is great however on the second time around scoring a pizza from Emmy squared I’m taking price and size into consideration. These pies are the size of approx 2 and a half typical square slices. This tiny pie cost $22. So picture spending $9 on one square slice. It’s very good pizza. But it’s extremely expensive pizza.
