Emmy Squared Pizza - Nulu Louisville

Nicely done Detroit style sauce on top crispy edges nothing bad, quite tasty. That said I’m a New York style die hard! Rookie score but I was going between 6.9 and 7.1 so I spilt the difference.

Pizza is great. Love the vodka sauce. Crust is crisp.

Dinner rolls with cheese on them. Cant make cocktails. Half glasses of wine for $20. Not recommended.

Decent Detroit style. Great crunch. Light like a sumo wrestler, not like Dave’s o-linemen

Lots of crust. Sicilian style/Detroit style. It’s tasty. Very similar taste to Pizza Hut. Cause is light. Wouldn’t say it’s something I would order out but if you’re at the brewery a good eat.

Colony pizza. Great flavor. Crisp. Great sauce.

Oh my goodness, we had such high hopes, but were very disappointed. The pizza in the middle was completely soggy, we couldn’t even take a bit it was so gross. We also ordered bread sticks which literally dripped oil when you picked them up. So disappointed:(

I may have scored a little high because the servers are busting their asses. Detroit style is made up. French bread drunk pizza is a better description whenever a place says Detroit style. Servers are great despite being out of a lot on the menu.

Best pizza I’ve had in Louisville. Detroit style. Fresh ingredients.

Not a huge square guy but this is as good as they come in Louisville. Crispy with an excellent cheese/sauce ratio!

Crispy outside, doughy inside, super fresh ingredients. Like super fresh. Tangy sauce.

The vodka sauce was amazing and the idea of Detroit style is very intriguing. This is a nice different style of pizza than I’m used to being from New York. Definitely will return.
