Empire Slice House - Plaza

Needs a bit more cooking, light undercarriage but amazing flavor. Delicious NY style pie. Well worth the trip to OKC from Norman.

Good stuff.

Pizza review time. Teflon don. Excellent sauce, nice toppings, thinly shaved. Not heavy considering the amount of toppings. Slightly under cooked- crust was very light and doughy. Next morning leftover pizza was heated in a frying pan crispening up the undercarriage. Will be back. Great pie. Possibly one of best in okc.

Good, not a lot of sauce. Adding pepper flakes made it significantly better

My wife is angry with me because I wouldn’t let her get as many toppings as she would have liked but this was a really good pizza. The crust is crispy, not airy or doughy. Very nice

Empire Slice house, 2 locations in OKC, 1 full restaurant and a newly opened slice only place on Cherry Street, both in Tulsa. Good pizza. Similar to Andollini's. Good pizza. Some flop, good slice.

The only pizza spot Portnoy has visited in Oklahoma City (as of typing this review). Standard cheese slice on the lighter side. The sauce could have been more prominent; the taste is subtle.

So freaking good

I paid 7$ for a slice of pizza. It’s average at best. Barely any sauce, no crisp, nothing special

Solid crunch, looks heavy but it’s very light. A better undercarriage and less flop and this could be a 7.9 east.
