Engine House Pizza

This is by far the best pizza in Salem! The owner is a super chill guy and it’s clear that he is very passionate about his pizza shop. Heads up, I do ask for the pizza to be extra crispy! But the pizza here is spectacular! Razor thin crust with a beautiful ratio of sauce and cheese. The sauce is bursting with flavor, I order some on the side to dip my crust in! It’s got a nice homemade taste to it with a hint of tang. Perfect amount of cheese, and is loaded with flavor. I enjoy that there isn’t too much cheese, just enough to be present in each bite. The pepperoni is really good as well. The mozzarella sticks are great as well! If you’re in Salem, and looking for some pizza, absolutely go check out Engine House!
