Thin, crispy, light, and great undercarriage. Enza stepped their game up. This was a topped pizza, but I’m sure the OG is fantastic. Dough was sturdy even with extra heft.

Good sauce flavor, decent fold. A little less crispy than my wife’s liking. I think this is a workable decent pie
