Enza's Pizza

This is a big one for me. The first time I tried Enza’s, I didn’t like it much. BUT they have totally redeemed themselves! This is Enza’s Chicago Deep Dish style pizza. The good parts first. The crust is FANTASTIC! So much flavor at every turn! BUT to much cheese and toppings. I would back that off a bit and it would cut the grease factor down it crank up the score. Deep dish is only Mondays and Tuesdays and worth ordering. Enza’s Pizza 7.8
