Enzo Pizza

Basic NY slice but the sauce is bland and the crust is wet and doughy on the bottom. Similar setup to Luca but not as good.

Oh God. Gotta do it to these midwesterners. Sorry guys. This place is drive thru pizza and it’s not good. So much grease and the crust is just undercooked dough. Soft, flaccid, undercooked dough. No zing on the sauce or cheese, bad texture, and no redeeming qualities. The dough kills it, not a bit of crunch. Not sure if that’s how most pizza out here tastes but when you’re comparing it to pizza back in CT/NY/MA it’s not even in the ballpark.

Had a slice of “stuffed meat” pie for lunch today. A solid 7.9 for when I’m in the mood for something a little different than a traditional East Coast style slice of pizza, sort of a calzone pie... Good quality dough, mozz, pepp and sausage. (They serve you as side of marinar to dip the slice in...) I usually go for a traditional slice but this is a nice break from the norm on occasion and it’s super filling for when I’m extra hungry.

Empty plate says it all cheese only slice. I could have ate two more slices but wife said no. A little grease but good.

Good NY style for Franklin. Ask them to keep it in the oven a little longer.

Pepperoni. Floppy, greasy, kinda taste like a frozen pizza. Their other options looked good and would probably score higher. staff was cool

Classic New York style pizza by the slice. Ordered a cheese and a sausage slice. The crust was perfect and the sauce had great taste. Would have been an 8 if grease wasn’t a main ingredient.
