Enzo’s New York Square Pizza

Ok, so the pizza isnt in the picture, but i really wanted you to see the sandwiches this place makes. They’re huge! Theyre almost the size of a slightly flattened volleyball. They have a butter garlic sauce and some grated parm or pecorino on top. Probably Locatelli. This place is awesome! I cant believe im still in Maryland. This pizza holds its own anywhere. I tried all 3 styles today. The Thin Round with ground sausage, the Plain Sicilian square, and the Grandma. Hard to pick a favorite. They were all amazing. The plain round with sausage looked so good i had to pass up on the plain cheese. It was so crispy and light with a nice little cheese pull and a really nice sauce 8.2. The Grandma was so fresh and tasty. The dough was thin and light with one heck of a crunch around the edge. Zero flop. Fresh Mozzarella is laid down first on this pie and then scattered dollops if a chunky sauce that almost blew my dick off. Fresh torn basil leaves on top always gets you points from me. 8.4 on the Grandma. The Sicilian was thick, with a crispy buttery bottom and a pillowy cloud inside. The sauce and cheese was good, but not as good as that Grandma. Id like to try a sicilian, topped like a Grandma. Sicilian is an 8.4 because the bread was bangin. The service was top notch. The man who owns this joint is super fuckin Italian. Guy probably has marinara in his arteries. Cant wait to try this pizza again.
