Sweet sauce flavor, airy but stiff crust

A 10 inch personal pizza with decent cheese and sauce but rather thick looking crust. Undercarriage is cooked perfectly. The crust though thick is very light tasting and not doughy. We’d like to go back and score a regular size pie.
