Ernie’s special was crispy, with limited flop. Garlicky and delicious but I want more sauce on my pie. Good pizza that falls in New Haven’s second tier.

Bangin pie, uneven cook

Solid pie. Little tang, good under-carriage. Great new haven pie

Would have been better if it were cooked a bit longer. Good pizza but doesn’t compare to the New Haven big boys. Don’t travel from far to come here.

Clarification: last post was for a THIN-CRUST pizza Let’s get one thing straight: this was still a good thick crust pizza. However, nowhere near as good as it could have been. Pizza was undercooked. Please zoom into the middle of the pizza and see a soupy/liquid pond. Crust had a nice crisp. I was let down to say the least...

I grew up on this pizza and literally a mile away! It's a cheese focused pizza and a bit too greasy overall, but the cheese has a good flavor and the crust is good and super crispy. I wish it had more sauce and more flavor in the dough, but it's always consistently good. That crisp though!

Great Apizza, Friendly atmosphere We ordered 5 Mozzarella Apizza Meatball & Mozz Broccoli & Onion White Apizza Sausage, Bacon & Mozz Bacon with no Mozz

Sausage and mushroon on left, bacon and onion on right, also you have to try the plain mozz. All of them were amazing!

Very greasy, but well cooked and amazing taste. Sweet sauce. Great slice.

Great crunch. Great crust. Lots of cheese. Not enough sauce to give it that great flavor.
