Esca's Pizza

Excellent pizza. ZERO flop. Great undercarriage. Tangy sauce, good cheese blend. Crust was good, but lacked a bit of crunch. Texture was closer to a firm sourdough bread crust. It was delivered, so it sat in the box for a bit. Not their fault at all, so take the crust portion of the review with a grain of salt.
