Got the SRB for my Wife. Straight cheese, 100 yard dash for me. Solid 8.1 score. Great crust, sauce was right on. Best slice in a while.

Good Utah slice, but that means nothing. Undercooked and lacks in flavor. The best part of the slice is the thick deposit of sauce at the top of the slice near the crust.

Decent, not the greatest.. Crisp bottom but still undercooked for sure. Also the entire pie was LOADED, not just a few but, LOADED with bubbles.

Listen Frankie. Este is good pizza. This particular pie was a bit of a miss. If you can see in the photo, the crust appears huge. This is because whoever prepared it fucked up and didn’t adequately cover the dough in sauce and cheese. For this pie, 7.0...usually Este is a 7.7. It’s as close to NY pizza that I’ve had in SLC. Cheese is reeeaalllly good. Sauce is good.

Good char, no flop, greasy beyond belief. I was swimming in the grease. Sauce is very plain.

They had just made a new pizza and it was right out of the oven so I’ll take that into account. Crust had almost no flop which I liked. Cheese was average but sauce was well below average. Sauce tasted like it was from a can. Fine pizza, but there’s much better pizza in salt lake than that

Have them the extra .5 because the slice was $3. However, I’ve had much better pizza and I’m pretty disappointed they didn’t have pineapple. This is also my first pizza review, so I’m being generous.

By the slice! Not that much of flop considering how big and thin the slices are. Sauce could use a little more. Came out nice and hot, crust was nice and crispy.
