An excellent pizza faithful to the NYC style. The oven char is executed with detailed knowledge of the synergy between moist sauce, fresh cheese, thin center, and polarized heat. Sauce had no sugar (faithful to nyc pizza), excellent salt, and fresh cheese. This particular pie was, without a doubt, made by a person with respect for the pie. Price is perfect and in-line with the mission and history of pizza feeding working class individuals. Unpretentious atmosphere. Frank Pepe would have tasted hints of his craft in this park city location.
