Classic football pizza. Thin and crunchy, good crust. Overall very good pie. Just shy of the hallowed 8’a—sauce could use more tang.

Above average pizza for Cape Cod which doesn’t have anything great. But Estia rises to the top and this is a solid pie you can have again and again. Notch above football pizza. Not much flop, decent char on the bottom if made right, good quality and ratio of cheese and sauce.
