Just a little too much flop for my liking. The cheese, sauce , and pepperoni were quite good though. All the great flavors are present so I think 7.1 is a fair score

Got the margherita and the ETalian specialty. Both were great in their own ways but I’m going to base this review on the margherita as it was my favorite of the two.

Great wood fired pizza, excellent service

As the mayor of Chicago I feel I am the most qualified to rate pizza. After walking in I was greeted by the staff. After waiting patiently my pizza was ready. When I opened the box to take my first bite I was supremely impressed by the taste. I would recommend ETalian to anyone who wants a competently cooked pizza.

Good ingredients, good flavor but…undercooked and doughy.
