So, let me start by saying I am a Neapolitan style fan. It's by far my favorite kind of pizza. This is definitely closest to a Neapolitan than any other kind. I would say there was a decent amount of flop. And a bit of grease. But I thought this was delicious 😋 definitely a sit down and eat kind of pie (maybe even use a fork and knive), not your grab and go kind of pie.

Just your classic wood fire pizza. Nothing special. It’s good pizza tho. Gets the job done.
