Dancing with 2amys for the best neopolitan pie in the DMV. Crispier than a normal neopolitan, which was up my alley. Dough was super flavorful: they mill the grain on site and add use some spelt to the dough which gives it a richer, whole wheaty flavor, which certainly plays. Cool spot in a great area to boot
