EVO Brickoven (Mt. Airy)

This pizza is not very good. I was starving when I got it too so that probably boosted the score a little. Also did not like the inside of the restaurant, the place was a mess.

The thing that really stands out was the undercarriage and how it had almost a funnel cake like taste. Sauce was good and had some pop. The dough had a lot of flour on it. This was a great slice and worth checking out.

Nice crisp. Very little flop. Good sit down pizza.

Really good pizza. Good crisp, cheese and sauce were a good balance. Not alot of grease

Second time here, this time the Mediterranean with white sauce. Solid pie with that same great crust, good toppings. Had the cheese again too and shoulda went higher on that rating last time ( 8.3???)
