They say it’s Neapolitan style ... I guess so? No char at all but it is very good. Cheese pizza is very thin with good dough that is pretty soft but not exactly striking a sourdough note. Sauce I think is sparse and a tad bit on the sweet side. Cheese could use a more powerful cheese added to the blend but the oils soak back into the pie rather quickly, so you’ve got a short window. Still very good pie. The other half is “Farmhouse” and it was incredible.

Sloppy Pie. Big flop. A lot of oil. Not much crisp. Sauce and Cheese was very good only thing saving it!

Review by Tommy Hopkins. Cooked slightly unevenly but that’s what you get in a brick oven.

Evident “New York Flop” and little more greasy than usual. A very classic football pizza slice that is always consistent and amazes every time. Tangy and savory sauce compliments the hand tossed crust. Would 100% recommend to Dave for a review if he was ever in the area.
