Pizza Review
Being from New Haven, Connecticut, I decided to give too New Haven pizza a try. It had very little to do with any of the great New Haven pizzas and was kind of all on its own. The toppings were hot honey prosciutto mushrooms, and probably some other things. Not very New Haven either way the pizza was pretty good. The crust was halfway between a Tavern pie and a Chicago thin crust, a.k.a. cracker crust. The sauce was Pomodoro so good crust was maybe the weak point either way it was an edible pizza one of the better ones in Alaska or Anchorage anyway that said don’t expect the quality you would get in a bigger city.
