Tasty crust can’t hide a football pizza

Pepperoni density on the square was fantastic, the flat pizza would have benefited from being fresh but even as a slice that was sitting there it was pretty good, guy who was "quarterbacking" the pizza was a bit rude but not enough of a dick to have it impact score, I came a long way for pizza secrets and when I asked how long they ferment the dough he just said "pizza secrets", c'mon b'y.

I got the Cacio a Pepe (sp?) But it was really good. crust was very good

Sauce is incredible. Perfect amount of cheese. Crust had a great crisp crunch to it. An absolute must have!

Dough and crust were great. Sicilian was a little too much dough though. I’m not a huge fan of the sauce / cheese ribbon coverage on the triangle - I like consistency

This was a solid pizza!!! Well worth the one hour train ride from Queens to Brooklyn. Would have been in the 9’s if it was a little more crispy

Regular was very thin, cooked well but not crispy until the crust. The Sicilian was different from any I ever had; the crust was simultaneously heavy and also light and fluffy. Incredible.

A very dough forward slice. While the slices were thin, the bitterness of the sourdough was a very prominent part of the flavor profile. The regular slice gets a rating of 8 well the specialty slice which had Calabrian chilies, onion, and orange honey receives like an 8.3

Really good pizza; Better than the picture shows. Superrrr thin on the regular slice, can see what other people were saying with the Sicilian being a little bread-y. Needed a little more cheese. Overall 8.3.

Thinny thin, excellent crunch, beautiful sauce, tasty cheese, but just a little greasy, almost perfection. Nice clerk. Chill area to hang in the back
