Small 10 inch pizzas on homemade dough with fresh ingredients. Very crispy on the crust. Center crust is hit or miss with regards to crisp...sometimes floppy at the tip of the slice. They offer to add freshly shredded Parmesan on top for free. One of the best places to get pizza in Maui. Many offerings of toppings. I usually stick with their Italian sausage. Doesn’t overload the thin slices and create a bunch of flop. Pizzas cook pretty quick...20 minutes or so. Happy hour I think the pizzas are half price. Friendly staff.
