Fabio's at this location especially is inconsistent. It can range from a low 6 to a high 7. This particular beauty was very good. A bit greasy, and a bit floppy. But so delicious. The crust is absolute money. Very crunchy, and good tasting. I like the kind of sauce they use as well. It has a bit of sweetness, but not too sweet. They do something to the dough to make it very 'airy' not sure if I love it or not. But it's different from most places. Side note: they make really good wings too.

I’ll start off by saying anyone who gives this place below an 8.8 is very picky and wrong. I want to give Fabio’s a 9.1 but it is on the more expensive side when getting local pizza. Every single time I go to Fabio’s wether it’s on 4th Ave or downtown or Scott St they always perform amazing. The cheese and sauce aren’t overpowering one another and the crust is perfection a nice crunch on every bite. The wings as well are also amazing. If you haven’t went during 2022 to again. Actually think about better pizza places in st.Catharine’s and you’ll find close to none!

One of my go-to’s. For St. Catharines, this is really good “neighbourhood pizzeria” pizza as I like to call it. Probably the best in the North End. However, consistency is lacking - sometimes it’s a 7.5 sometimes it’s a 5.9
