Fabrica Pizza

Very nice people and good service. I’m not a Neapolitan type guy but pizza looked fantastic so we gave it a shot. Pizza had great flavor and toppings were fresh as well. Just to floppy. The crust was absolutely wonderful. Tighten up the flop and it’s an 8 pizza.

Finishing up our pizza crawl. with Neapolitan. Not a great Neapolitan, despite getting great reviews including one internet article placing in in the top 20 in the entire country. Nah! Sauce isn’t tangy or sweet, just very tomato. Cheese was very fresh. Very sloppy and chewy. 6.1.

Nothing to write home about, but it’s a solid pizza and the environment is great. They offer a garlic sauce with the pizza, it’s amazing to dip you crust in. In general Tampa pizza doesn’t seem to stick out but this one is solid and i recommend it

Not bad. Thought it would have better undercarriage and be crispier but taste was really good

Pretty much Neapolitan. Nice tang to the sauce nice char and very light.

Ingredients are fresh and has decent char do to the wood fire oven. Sauce was okay. I don’t know why this is considered a top 50 pizza place. I’ve definitely had better in Tampa.

Good sauce, ingredients were quality. The dough left a lot to be desired and the pie needed more cheese.

Flop factor through the roof. Sauce really came to play which helps balance things out. Very fresh tasting, nice coloring just a little too thin on the undercarriage for me. Overall, Solid piece of art.

Good pie

Great Neaopolitan slice. Has cruch, a bit of a flop. Great with Chorizo and Priscouto. One of Tampa's best.

Good pizza

Very tasty overall. A lot of flop and a bit greasy, otherwise it’s a solid pie.

Small Cup and Char Pepperoni used is excellent. Really good pizza if you like sweetness/sweet sauce flavor. Had a nice char, but not a lot of crisp until the crust…I am excited to try this pizza in house to see how it is straight out of the oven, but I would order delivery again.
