One bite everybody knows the rules. Not a lot of flop which I like. Nice and Crispy with great flavor

The mistake people who like classic cheese pizza are making is they aren’t asking questions. I asked for the classic pizza in the wood fired oven (rather than the gas oven) and it instantly put this over the edge. Decent flop, not too much cheese or sauce, with a very crispy crust. Ask for this instead

Amazing cheese and taste, great pizza. Could definitey use more sauce

Pretty decent slice here. Zero State College flop. Fresh all around. Might have hyped myself up too much but it's still good if you are in town.

Alright Frankie, I watched Pres score the pizza and I was surprised how much he mentioned the cheese. His description was not how I remembered the pizza. I believe they made him a fresh pie so they could use more expensive cheese. Good pie but the star of the show is the herbs, sauce, and crust. In that order. Cheese is not as distinct as Pres mentioned.

Good balanced sauce. Great quality cheese. A too little doughy and floppy for my taste but that’s barely a complaint.

Best restaurant in State College, PA. Pizza as an appetizer, pasta as a meal

I know it’s a specialty, but still gets the standard review. Heavy flop, doughy bread, little stringy on the crust. Not too bad on the grease. Overall, okay pizza.

Cheese slice wasn't bad. Needed a little more sauce. The sausage and pepper slice wasn't very good. I rated that at a 6.1

Alright Frankie! I wanted to eat it there but I got there after 10 so I had to take it to go. Lots of flop. Crust is more chewy than crunchy but has some decent char and flavor. Unfortunately the crust is almost all of the flavor as the cheese and sauce aren’t doing much flavor wise.

When you hear “wood fired pizza” my expectations immediately go up. This place certainly didn’t disappoint. Anyone who rated this in the 7’s is stingy. The crust is thick enough that it doesn’t burn in the brick but think enough that it doesn’t dominate the pie. Sauce is authentic and cheese is upgraded and plentiful. A great dining experience, not just a pie.

High quality dough. Cheese is not bad either. Needs a little more sauce and less basil.
