Fairfield Pizza - Stamford

For fairly generic pizza, it actually was pretty decent. The only thing holding this pie back from scoring in the 7s was a lack of sauce. The cheese is above average and has a nice flavor. The dough is somewhat thin with a solid crisp on the crust. There’s some room for improvement here but it’s not a bad slightly above basic pie. Very “middle of the road” pizza.
