Falora Pizza

I’ve had pizza all over Arizona. This is EASILY the top of it by a country mile. I took one bite and felt like my tongue had gotten ripped off and shipped to Napoli alongside Diego Maradona. The dough was perfect and the taste was so phenomenal it literally cut off my dick, boxed it up like an Amazon prime delivery boy and dropped it right on Dave’s front door. Really good pie. Very fresh ingredients. The crust had some crisp but was still somewhat doughy. The sauce was tangy and sweet. The cheese was clumpy and fell off easily as a result.

The San Marzano on the marg was so solid! The dough had great flavor and texture. The oven looks and cooks beautifully. Pie came out piping hot with deliciously crisp basil leaves. Could have been a little darker but over all, one of the better pizzas in Tucson. Highly recommend checking it out.

Neopolitan style. This was the Bianca, basically a margarita pizza without sauce. Probably the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had! Must go to this place! Everything was great!
