Famas Italian Restaurant

I’m in Orlando for work and moral obligation is to review some spots. Here is Famas. It had good reviews on Yelp and I’m having flashbacks to the last time I went to Myrtle Beach and took a chance on a top rated place. I forgot that majority of people (tourists) don’t know good pizza. This place has potential, but where is falls short is execution and ingredients. The crust could be sooo much better if it was baked correctly to crisp it up a bit. The toppings you can tell are cheap. The sausage tastes like any chain sausage, not fresh. Same with the cheese. This tastes similar to Papa Johns. It didn’t knock my socks off, but it got the job done. I don’t think Orlando is going to have much promise in the pizza game.
