Famous Amadeus Pizza

Cheesyyy and really soft is what Amadeus is serving up here. The place looks relatively new and pretty clean. I grabbed the regular slices which on first view appear to be extra cheese. I could tell by looking at the counter and the other slices that this was not going to be a memorable visit. The slice is all cheese and minimal sauce. As a result, you can see the yellow oil pooling on the cheese. The slices were very floppy and and simply not crispy at all. Everything on this slice was soft from the under carriage to the crust. The slice weighed a good pound because of the excess cheese. If you like cheese this might be your spot. Enjoy!!!

Very surprised by this. Was expecting a 5 by the looks of it, but it’s perfectly fine. The cheese actually has pretty good texture and chew and keeps the slice in the 6’s. It’ll do in a pinch.

Hit this place during the current ‘rona lockdown and enjoyed it. The flop on each piece was nice. The crust could probably be better. However the overall experience was pretty damn good. I recommend this place. Fast. Cheap. Good.

We really enjoyed the food! Ordered some garlic knots too and they gave us extra for free which was great! And cheap too!

Good cheese, super thin crust, good spice to the sauce

Spicy square pep slice. Stronger than I expected. Wife’s favorite Manhattan slice so far...
