Very good taste! Crust is cooked well, but remained soft. Cornicione has great color but no crisp. Sauce was very flavorful and cheese was too! A bit greasy, but again the taste was undeniably good.

Thicker dough, a lot different than a jersey shore boardwalk slice, and a lot smaller. No flop, easy flip, decent amount of cheese and oil. The crust and the undercarriage had no crisp at all. The sauce tasted like ketchup
