This grease smudge is a testament to the quality of this slice. It’s soggy everywhere except the crust, which is so heavily coated with flour you need a glass of milk just to keep from choking. The flavor is okay, a bit of spiciness in the sauce. If you can get over the mushiness, it’s edible.
