Slight flop when it was very hot. Stiffened up after it cooled a bit. Strong oregano flavor was nice with the cheese blend. Crispy crust on the bottom but light and airy on top. Probably a NYC 6.1-6.5 but a DFW 8.1.

Huge oven, served BLASTING hot. Crispy, flaky, no grease, no flop, ran out of cheese so I got sausage. I'd go higher if I had more ratings under my belt.
