Pizza Review
My pizza was undercooked on the bottom and had a noticeable gum line. The Corniccione was bent up in a way that makes it look like the thin crust pizza was baked in a deep pan. There were some microblisters present around the rim indicating high heat but with the undercooked bottom, it made for a soggy floppy pizza overall. There was also some stretching issues that resulted in sauce that bled through the bottom of the pizza in several places. The dough wasn't torn, it just appeared to have been stretched too thin in places. This pie also had an odd flavor that I couldn't place, but reminds me of pizzas made with frozen dough balls. I do NOT know if they use frozen dough or not. Overall the pizza was on the greasy side with a pale, floppy crust and a weird flavor. I'm a bit disappointed that a place named "famous pizza" serves such a poor quality pie.
