Expectations where high considering who the Frank's collaborated with on this project. For the most part they where met. When I first laid eyes on the plain I thought it would have zero flop and have a crispy crust. However looks were misleading as it had a airy but doughy chew. Sauce and cheese were of high quality but I like my sauce a little less on the tangy side. Now the problem.....Price wise I think there a little to proud at 27 bucks a pie when you just opened a mere few week ago. It's good but for me not 27 a pie and four bucks a slice good. Your not John's lucali or difara...YET but there off to a good start. BONUS pepperoni square was killer and def showed the Chad Robertson connection.
