For lunch today i ordered a 12" light italian with added chicken from farotto's. It was $24, which is slightly pricey, but not too bad. The online ordering system sets it 35 mins out despite being a slow time of day, so i showed up early before it was ready. The crust is very thin, but not in an STL-style cracker-crust. The middle is a bit floppy, but the outside crunches perfectly. The cheese luckily is not provel, which is very lucky around here. The chicken actually tastes like real chicken, and the vegetables taste like they were just picked from the garden, especially the roasted tomatoes, which pairs perfectly with the abundance of olive oil. I added parm to make it damn near perfect. This is one of the best pizzas i've had in STL, and well worth the money. I will definitely be trying more.
