Sauce could be better.

Good crust. A little greasy, but that’s what I prefer.

I decided to go with a Sicilian square, and it did not disappoint. For a conveyor style pizza oven this pizza came out really good. The sauce is a little on the sweet side, but not too sweet that I didn’t like it. The undercarriage and crust was cooked very well. I’d order this pizza again.

Sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were good. Crust was fluffy and light but might have been a lot better if it was cooked longer. I say that was the only thing that kept it out of the 7 range. Next time I might order it we’ll done to see if improves the score.
