One of the few places left around here with actual coal-fired pies! That being said, imagine store-bought, microwaveable pizza with a quality sauce, this is what you got. I mean, the sauce is incredible, great flavor. But the cheese is bland, and the crust has got a rubber texture to it. Chewing a few pieces of this crust will leave your jaw feeling sore the next morning.
This sauce is easily an 8, but the rest of it is a hard 2, so I’ll meet somewhere in the middle with this score.
