One of the better neopolitans that I’ve tried. I held the locatelli - no need for that on my pizza. Good crisp crust, minimal flop, good sauce and cheese and just the right ratio.

A little crispier than normal Neapolitan and that is a good thing. Best pizza in New Brunswick by a mile.

Looked better then it tasted ... Had the proper amount of sauce/cheese ... but it just didn’t jive together ...it was very soupy... maybe give it another shot down the road ...

Wanted a little pepperoni for the ratio. Not usually a Neapolitan guy but this was delicious. Crispy crust, perfect cheese to sauce ratio.

Good flavor overall, no flop. Flavor and quality of dough is questionable, especially when compared to NYC pies.
