Outstanding thin crust. Nice crisp. Excellent mix of cheese and sauce.

Best Pizza in New Jersey. No debate. My all time favorite place and favorite pizza. Mozz Sticks are insane as well.

Love it or you don't. I don't love it. Dry Cracker crust your thing? You will love it. Sauce and cheese are Good.

I had the ‘12 personal pie. It was crisp and tasty. This place is a can’t miss if you’re looking for one of the better pizza places in NJ. (first time I put up a review but it’s not my first visit, and won’t be my last)

Looked great, but underwhelmed by the taste, which felt pretty generic but still decent. Would go back for sure.

A true tweener for me. The flavor was awesome a little greasy and the crust just not substantial enough for me but damn I loved the flavor.

Stevie Slice here. Took a drive out on several recommendations. This is a true tavern pie with a cracker crust. Like Pete and Elda’s. The place is very cool and the pizza overall is super tasty and bold. The cracker crust holds up inside the restaurant. You could not travel with it . I can’t go higher than 8.1 but it stands in the 8’s as a unique and tasty pie .

I was waiting for the right chance to make the trip to Freehold and check out this well known place. Today I got that chance and jumped at it. Glad I did. This is the prototypical bar pie. Crust was awesome and pie had plenty of cheese and sauce. Not greasy! They obviously know what they are doing there as the pie was well cooked and all 8 pieces (yes of course I polished it off) retained the taste and great crunch to crust. I’m still looking for a bar pie to rival Stan’s Chitch’s (now sadly closed) and would rate Nancy’s Townhouse next best followed by Kinchley’s and Federici’s if anyone is interested. Solid pie and highly recommend. Good job!!

Very good cheese is premium to me and the pie is pretty small but I love it.

Solid amount of cheese. Proportional amount of sauce. Would have liked to have a sweeter sauce and less flop. Not my style pie but good.

Good pie. Good for bar style. Very similar to Pete and Elda’s

Rarely do I rereview a spot especially one as good as Federicis but seeming as I’ve grown over the years my early ones need some updating. Since 1946 this place has been making one of the best thin crust pizzas in the state and dates back over a century as a restaurant. The crust is flakey, pocketed and well done like all bar pies should be. The cheese melds with the small amount of sauce creating one of the best culinary flavors in the game with so much of an intense “bite” to it. This is a pizza with so much character it’s no wonder why the Boss himself said it was his favorite spot. It’s been years since I last had this pie and if anything it’s better than I remember, it takes me back to what pizza reviews are all about and my beginnings as this style was what I lived for before branching out into into other foodventures. This place is absolute top tier, legendary status pizza that has to be tried!!!

We got an individual vodka sauce pie and a large regular cheese pie. Cracker thin. Almost too thin for us…We thought the regular pie was a bit bland, needed some garlic or hot pepper flakes to give it “something”. Thought the Vodka Sauce pie was perfectly delicious. However, their salad with the home made creamy italian dressing will have us coming back for more. It was good, glad we went… Cash only. ATM on premise

Very good bar pie. Sauce and cheese ratio was perfect. The sauce taste could’ve been better as well as the dough. The crisp on this pizza is unreal though. Definitely the crispiest pizza I’ve ever had. I did feel like I got cheated a little. I got the large pie 16” but I measured it and it was 12” no shot it shrunk that much in the oven. 🛑Buyer Beware🛑 for a $20 large pie make sure it’s the large. I’m not one to rate based on price, just looking out for others.

My favorite pizza restaurant growing up. Might be bias, but Federicis is everything I love about pizza. Great thin crust pizza with a lot of history. A must if you are in the Freehold area!
