Legendary Pagash and one of the best in the area even though the differences are usually subtle… the cheese blend is a perfect compliment but maybe a little dry by nature, I tried to get a big side of sauce but they don’t sell it (I got a couple small dipping cups), better with the dip.
Plain pizza is a bonus and pretty traditional old forge style, it has the orange cheese blend and the sauce has a little sweetness, the crust is a bit dry/bready so could be worth trying extra sauce on the za and I’ll bet like most old forge styles extra cheese would be good too… pepperoni is very popular here and also very good if that’s your thing.
Wanted to try the Texas Weiners but they only do pizza during lent, hope to make it there again some day to try
