Fiamma Wood Fired Pizza

I got the individual tomato pie. I believe the large would be much better right up Dave’s alley…

Great crispness to the crust and a perfect amount of burn. Sauce was a bit lacking but basil and cheese were great. The white slice was great. And…ZERO FLOP! Good pizza!

Thicker crust. Gear crust nonetheless. Cheese is good too. A little light on the sauce. It’s good with a little sauce dip which shouldn’t be necessary which is what keeps the number from being closer to 8

Thin crust, wood fire, best pizza in the area.

An adorable easy to eat pie. Very good red sauce. The doughy crust tends to overwhelm the rest of the pizza though. At the same you can taste the wood fire in the crust. This is an above average pie and I imagine you will consistently get the same quality here with their 3 locations. (The pesto pasta was a 9!)

presentation and overall flavor is off the charts but it’s just way too doughy. strange for a thin crust.

Minimal NY flop, doughy crust, not crispy or burnt. Well made pizza
