The Sicilian. Really solid Detroit Style. This is the most basic one they have besides the one with multiple cheeses on it. Great pie.

Wanted to highlight the Detroit style since it doesn’t get as much love. This is the best Detroit style I’ve ever had in Illinois. Let’s just say it’s better than Pequods in the city. Big claim. It was cooked absolutely perfectly. Caramelized edges had just enough of that char but not ashy. It’s flavor was fresh and everything mixed very well together. Admittedly this is a heavy pizza. It’s bready. If that’s your thing or want to switch it up, you have to try this. Recommend eating in, not carry out. Bonus, the Neapolitan style is also very very good and light, but comparable to some other top rated artisanal spots in the area. Highly recommended! Also the chicken parm is great if you don’t want pizza.

Really found this pizza surprisingly delightful. The Detroit style was great, definitely recommend the one with jalapeños and honey. The margherita was good too.

Needs a bit more sauce but crust is immaculate

Fiamme is a traditional Naples inspired restaurant that specializes in artisanal oak-fired oven pizzas. Although the crust of the pizza had a very light, airy, and chewy structure, it held up very well and to my surprise, there was little to no flop at all, which is rare when it comes to eating Neapolitan style pizza. The crust was beautifully blistered, and the pizza itself was extremely fresh and tasted of high quality ingredients. My only criticism was that I wish that the bottom layer of the pizza was a bit more charred.

Good pizza but not my style.

Compares favorably to Midici. Fluffy crust with fresh cheese, tomato and basil. Delicious!
