I think we could safely say these pizzas were an 8. We ordered a margarita pizza since the Monday special is to for a 13 inch marg pizza half off and it’s one of my favorites. Flavor was very good. Crust held up. Sauce is sweet but not overpowering. Could have been more basal. The other pizza was the Carne with added chili. Also very good. It’s a heavier pizza so we didn’t expect it to hold a stiffer fold. The crust was decent but it COULD have been crispier and had some extra seasoning. If it did the score could go up to a nine.

Authentic Italian pizza. I loved the fresh ingredients. Great flavor from the sauce, ricotta, basil, meats, to the cheeses. Then the crust is so good. Dave would like a little more strength to the undercarriage. I love the slight crunch just how they make it. Great job Fiamme!

Very very floppy unfortunately. The taste is great, which is why the score is dent. The problem is the crust is so thin and undercooked that it just flops and the cheese falls off

Wood-fired Neapolitan-style. This pizza is so good I forgot to take a picture until after I was full. Probably the best pizza in town in terms of quality of ingredients. Also, the owner is a pizza dough tossing world champion, so you know the dough is authentic!

Grew up in the pizza capital (CT) and lived in New England for 42+ years. Moved out west 6 years ago (5 yrs SoCal and 1 yr AZ)....thought I'd never find pizza like back home and had given up, until I stumbled upon this place. It's legit. Super thin (two handed operation on the 18") and greasy, but who cares...it tastes great and is by far the best I've had out west so far. Sauce is excellent, and cheese is good. They need to rotate the pie a bit more when cooking, but still good. Can't wait to go back.

Great pizza. Nice people. It flopped on the carry, but can be avoided with the fold. I’d recommend giving it a try.

A little floppy, but great coal fired, good tasting pizza. We need something like this in Rita Ranch! Cmon Tucson, step up the pizza game in Rita Ranch.

Coal fire pizza had high hopes. But, Huge flop, cheese was greasy, sauce tasted like amateur hour. No herb taste a little too tangy, cheese was poor quality super greasy. Best part is some char in the crust but no crisp. The bite had no sound. This was a cheese pizza. One bite everyone knows the rules, New Yorker here.

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Nice and crispy. Both the white and tomato sauce pizza are solid. The place is always busy and you can see everyone working on the pizzas at the front of the shop.

Hands down the best pizza I have had in Tucson. Crust has a great crunch, the sauce was amazing. I just kept going in for slice after slice. Such a clean tasting pizza. My new favorite spot.
