Early in my pizza reviewing days so not the best video review but this was a great slice. A little greasy but didnt take away from the whole package.

The sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. A fresh and amazing sauce. San Marzano tomatoes? So thin and an airy crust. Lots of flop on this slice. Re-heated. If it was crispy, would have been and 8.4. Really worth it. $5.00

A nicely prepared working man’s slice, well balanced but a bit oily due to the reheat. The real star is the puttanesca slice. 8.5.

Oily, flimsy, strong cheese taste but not heavy on the cheese, almost has to be folded

This is a damn good slice of pizza. Expensive, but damn good. Really good crust and really delicious cheese. I’m not a big cheese guy, but their cheese is great. Thin and easy to eat. There could definitely be more sauce, but other than that, it’s a really good slice.

Lotta flop, but crust is delicious. Sauce has a spice. On point.

Had the Bufalina. Nice crisp crust, tasty buffalo mozzarella.

First taste of New York pizza. Went with the margherita. Square slice, cut in half with no real edge crust. Not a ton of flop with fancy pizza like this, crispy crust with great flavor and crunch. The flavor and ratio of sauce were average to above. Too much cheese for me - very high ratio of cheese to sauce to crust. Also, this is hard for me to rate and I’m not sure it’s fair, but the slice came out warm rather than piping hot. Pizza’s gotta come out 160 degrees plus, and I’d guess this was about 120. 6.8, that’s a review
