High hopes fell flat. I'll start with the best part, the sauce. Kinda sweet, and packed with flavor. That's where the praise ends. To be fair, margherita pizza is my least favorite of all styles. The cheese gets cool too fast and just becomes a blob of shit that slides right off. Cheese wasn't bad, but if you don't eat a margherita pizza fast af, it sucks. No olive oil tasted at all. Then the crust. Straight garbage. It was chewy, not fluffy at all. It was cooked perfectly though, nice crisp, but of course floppy as shit in the middle due to being extremely thin. This is a hard pass.
