What a find this new spot is. In the heart of the east Vancouver brewery district, FinFolk is a hip new lil spot on the corner of Franklin and Woodland. They offer 4 or 5 pizzas and I opted for the “Berserker” consisting of pepperoni, prosciutto, capacollo. This was really satisfying and I didn’t feel tired or lethargic afterwards! I ate the whole pizza and had a craft beer which paired perfectly. Pro’s: -fresh dough -good crust and crisp -not greasy -loaded with toppings Con’s: -could’ve had more sauce -could’ve used more cheese -size (I felt was a lil small but it’s a medium pie) Super fresh tasting and a really cool lil spot. I will be back and will recommend to my friends. Owner Kerry was super friendly and a cool guy. Place is brand new and I have a feeling it will be ever evolving. Really good pizza!
