Fini Pizza

Pizza was good but nothing earth shattering. Crust is the main highlight, crispy with a nice charred undercarriage. Sauce and cheese combo lack a bit of flavors.

Before I bit it I said to myself “Damn that looks like great pizza!” It’s smells amazing. It kindof smells like a deli. Weird but I fw it. No flop. Amazing sauce taste. Cheese is almost perfect. Not greasy. This is one of the better slices I have ever had

The white slice has to be experienced at least once. Don’t be scared of how much cheese appears to be there. Crisp & beautifully cooked crust

The most expensive pizzeria I've been to to date and it's near some great spots (L'Industrie) nearby that are better. Plus they do the thing where the checkout kiosk also suggests/guilts tipping, but without that the white slice was still almost $6. So I surprisingly agree with Dave about the vibes. The crust is way better than average. It's fermented well, browned without charring, airy cornicione but thin otherwise, light and stood up to what was on top. But scoring the white slice—and no one has mentioned this—since they use fresh mozzarella and lemon juice, it's a very wet slice that's on the edge of collapsing. It didn't, luckily. But I felt it needed salt and seasoning which I added myself. I don't think lemon juice and fresh mozzarella works that well as the main two ingredients on a white. Still gonna give it a higher school because of the crust though.

If the slice was fresher the score would be higher.

Really good new school slice, comparable in quality to Brooklyn DOP

Very good slice here in Williamsburg. Great cheese and great crust, zero flop. Only downside is that it was a little too oily, but overall a very solid slice that I recommend for anyone who finds themself in this area.

Prez got this one wrong. I’m beyond perplexed how he put best pizza ahead of this one.

An interesting and good flavor but not a pizza I’m running back to. This might be il fin for my visits to fini.

White slice and tomato slices were both 9.0s. A speciality slice place.

Amazing dough super airy and thin with a great crisp. I recommend the tomato slice over anything else it’s easily in the 8s the white with lemon is a close second. Their plain cheese is average at best around a 7.2. I’ll give them combined 7.9 definitely worth it if you’re in Brooklyn

Square slice at fini kinda gives me a Sfincione vibe here. Great crisp and crunch to the crust with some nice charring, heavy slice but airy crust. Very thick, tomato rich sauce with a bit of a kick topped with I wanna say bread crumbs and a few fresh grated cheese blends. Very different slice from the norm but very very satisfying in a cool newer joint. A lot of flavors to break down here so take your time eating it.

Hipster pizza with new hot spot hype. It’s good, not mind blowing. Awesome dough, outstanding crisp. Wouldn’t mind more cheese on the pie. Sauce is an acquired taste. Didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. Feels like it’s missing something I can’t put my finger on. Stiff competition among Brooklyn pizza, this place can hang but I wasn’t overly impressed.
